Returned with all original tags and labels attached

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style.

Defective or wrong items:
We cover return shipping and may provide a prepaid return label (where available).
Change-of-mind returns (e.g., size doesn’t fit, no longer wanted):
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the CBSA or carrier are non-refundable.
When returning an item, we refund:
